yes, I watched Joe Dumars, Danny Ainge, Steve Kerr, Bryon Scott, Mitch Richmond, Jeff Hornacek, Jeff Malone, Ray Allen, Michael Redd, Michael Copper....... etc....but no one like his shooting skills..

IMO, he is the best shooter off screen
so yes, i think he has a really success career .....the only thing that he lack is a ring ....
