間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?& X" Z1 Z. y/ k, X+ O, o- A3 ^8 a( U
~試過1點幾 就5點先訓到

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠$ U7 q3 G3 ^( x  `: W
大慨三個月左右一次
; x' c; a( g3 F& f" h# B差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓* M+ ~2 N& [7 g2 {
再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)0 L% o5 v  N6 T- ^
連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

@@我尋日就真係訓得兩粒鐘左右..1點幾睇完創世紀訓~
0 n# E  Y, Q) j7 t開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!( r: |; o! B, f2 H
..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...+ F4 i: A2 _9 \# k. M1 u
但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo

不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~

& Q& ~* j1 p9 e5 _4 I之後成晚訓唔到~
1 c) `$ |0 x) }" K4 y: l! E  ]係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 )

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.- }2 R$ v1 ]5 X3 N6 U' L
6 V3 h# N" W! h) G' z" Y7 o4 j5 E7 J
I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).

5 C. R, m% T) J4 j' K# xReading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.

8 n! a+ c3 E. K7 i3 bI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.) w. T! T/ y3 V7 r$ j3 b" a8 Q& N

Another time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
