間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠
$ `% h/ w* F" `+ `大慨三個月左右一次
5 {: s0 `# ?. O- i; @8 N差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓
7 E( W7 R% ?) o再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)! V" X3 K1 E/ o5 t6 B: v2 }
連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

@@我尋日就真係訓得兩粒鐘左右..1點幾睇完創世紀訓~
/ m( N9 J2 r: @5 g" b% H9 \開下閉下~展轉反側~開燈訓住黎睇書諗住易d~但都係咁~最後4點9望住個鐘同自己講!訓呀!!!!
0 M. h: [+ {( Z3 O* w, j1 \: p..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...- }. X  P' E& g( n  R1 t
但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo

不過真正一次失眠係0係澳門~$ j! P, H5 v$ g( v
個日飲左杯珍珠奶茶,3 z8 K" p) `5 b
之後成晚訓唔到~7 i; f; z- b8 M7 Y
係到睇電視~~ 仲記得睇左熱門小馬 ( 3:00 ). P& R0 [! `6 S! O1 E5 b- {* q
到 5:00 就訓左lu~

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.

I realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).9 z( u; G0 T% X4 r$ f7 }. W; d7 Y

$ `* `, u" g9 m* V: Q- q% Z% {% zReading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.' P' Y3 P( A& }

: j9 n9 g9 V, t$ rI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.

6 u( J" i0 X' L# qAnother time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
