間唔中嗎?知原因嗎?通常用咩方法解救?最勁試過訓係張床到幾耐先訓著?

我感到壓力很大的時候就會失眠
* D, c# A! Y3 [; u) |! ?/ u$ g' |大慨三個月左右一次% Q2 _9 O/ v& g" n  L
差不多每次都會連續三十幾個鈡頭都冇瞓
  b4 h: C/ E! z  k' m0 [/ h再唔係就每日瞓得兩個鈡 (連續兩星期左右)
1 Z: A/ W0 N: ?% L6 r! K連食医生開嘅安眠藥都無用...真係好辛苦...人都癲...

..........................今日考writing差過上年~因為出題目係"friend stealing because poor ...how can help he?"一來腦裡空白~二來~偷野無優點,,,so..有d上年都有用o既生字都無用到~

夜晚12點幾訓....點幾就起身...之後都訓唔著...真係人都癲...
7 \0 |& L% a- v6 |' \, V* C但係我覺得有個方法都既好.唔洗食藥.點香"分"(同音字)= =點左之後就慢慢深呼吸,好快就會訓著......注本人覺得真係好訓d..但就晚晚發d怪夢)信唔信就見人見志..

有時一合起對眼, 就會諗起d恐怖野~ 咪訓唔到lo

My worst is 4 hrs. I was going thru a lot ( getting married, about to change job and move to a new country, etc.). I can't sleep when I get lots of pressure.

0 S- [, C+ h/ o9 e0 aI realize if I go for light exercise during the day (like running/speedwalking at park for 1/2 hr) my chances of insomia is less. (Don't exericse within an hour of your bed time! It keeps your metabolism up and you won't be able to sleep!).& ]1 W! h* G. R  L8 I

Reading a novel (not something too entertaining like 1 magazine or hard like textbook) helps a bit too.

8 q4 Y* `! e# }. O! a1 a+ l6 KI usually get up to my study and read when I can't sleep (don't want to wake up my wife). Staying up in bed for more than 1 hr would only make it worse.0 i+ R' k0 _/ m, H4 t3 e

  S# {- [" p; h4 r5 E& }. x& I0 NAnother time both my wife and I can't sleep....we ended up having sex and went to sleep soon after we're done. Too tired.

also i sleeps 4 to 6hrs i watch TV until 2:30am
