游水兩小時後, 隔半小時開始, 進食蛋白質或高能量食物. 好有效, 可在增磅之餘而令身體線條更好. 可一試冇壞.....

& Q; l2 l# K" r4 P8 K7 g再去做GYM OR EXERCISE之類既野啦~~

otherwise you will be fat but not strong...

P.S. 要吸收蛋白質, 可以多吃豆類, 無咁多脂肪, 不過都要食肉, 因為豆類得Low-Level protein, 唔夠身體用的..# f; ]: x% I$ }- O4 y
成年人對牛奶蛋白質的吸收很差, 所以飲好多奶唔代表你吸收0左好多蛋白質...雖然我都建議你飲, 因為都係有益的
