看來大家喜歡腸蛋面, 我都覺腸蛋同面是絕配, 我整時步驟如下:
1) 煲水(待水滾)
2) 落面(攪散即上)
3) 過冷河# f8 p% N0 d! h8 A
4) 煎蛋及腸備用$ |! u* f, m/ S" ~
5) 面加入滾水再煲, 加入肉粉,麻油, 滾起即上
6) 最後加上備用腸蛋, 再加冰可樂(真是天下一美食)9 ]% R2 P1 m2 {& w
