請問一下,我舊年買了部packard bell原裝機,
近排個hdd瓜左~
放在第二部機都睇唔到......

惟有買個新hdd~
但係....發覺無window xp隻碟片!
我唔多識玩電腦......唔知跟機有window xp隻碟片!

我電packard bell,
話f11可以recovery~
但瓜hdd可能會format d data~

我想要番window xp隻碟片~
話要另外pay~

但唔係一window跟一機嗎?

請大家指教一下

You should have a CD and a licence of Windows when you purchased the machine. I hope you didn't accidently throw it away. If that's the case...you don't have much choice but to pay 700 for a new copy of Windows (don't even think about using 老fan).

Is you machine still under warranty? Take it to Packard Bell la...

你有冇做一套糸統復原和復原工具ＣＤ
內裹已包括 window ＣＤ
因為廠机通常分割咗hdd,比你做２套ＣＤ
如果你冇copy２套碟,就formant咗 hdd
就要買過套 window.....

1/如果你有備份，就可以重裝system (Smart recovery 抄左一次，就會洗左HD 的Recovery program，你有套CD backup就掂，如果沒有受損的話)
2/如果沒有，上公司買套碟$100(登記後要等一小時後去攞)，自己裝，上門維修$300/$400，唔記得la......
3/software包三個月保養，HD一年，如果重裝都唔得，又證明真係HD壞，就免費同你整。保養期內，不是不收費，係收不同價錢，這是BP公司的政策
4/WindowsXP OEM，沒有你部機的drivers，一定要reload BP 出機的 OS

你的情況，我的朋友遇過，講出來仲氣頂，以後 BP 咪攪......HP 的 support 好好多...

even you get a "copy" Windows XP disc...you can just install the windows first

then find the drivers for your motherboard or other things that you need on the internet

it's not a big deal....

我無睇pb說明書,無備份(燒碟),
$100係咪焗比?

你搵清楚跟機時的drive之類的碟，一定會有recover cd！

搵清楚了,真的沒有~
(packard bell話f11可以recovery所以沒有)
