the sleeping time...actually this hormones is kind of sex hormones

There is not one overwhelmingly decisive reasons for the growth of this kind of hormone. I am guessing that you want to grow taller, right? . U: J& a) Z* K3 f- e4 \. b- z

Regulare execising (aerobic ones as well as anaerobic ones) stimulates the hormone activities...but this is not the only factor..... w& @, i. t7 K+ F, `
