if there's a webcam that stated you need 1.8 GHz speed processor
if my computer has a processor with the speed 1.5GHz
can i still use it?

and it needs a 24 bit display card
my display card is Intel(R) 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller
is this a 24 bit display card??or?

Btw this is a notebook
Compaq Presario B2000 series
