ManUtd got interest in Berbatov?

On May 12, The Independent paper in UK claimed with sources that ManUtd and Arsenal have late contacted with Bayer Leverkusen and interested in the 25 years old Bulgarian striker (Hotspurs want to sign him too). What do you guys think if ManUtd are going to sign him? (This is not confirmed yet)
