Kobe smartly fouled Howard on that play and I will rescind my saying that Derek Fisher should retire after this season. Two treys that I can't even describe using words, one in the 4th quarter and another in overtime.

Charging is not easy to call. There's going to be a debate for both sides all the time.
As for the elbow, I don't recall anybody saying anything when Dahntay Jones got away with pushing and tripping Kobe on two occasions. It's just that because it's Kobe fouling that everybody is making a big fuss out of it. Karl Malone used his elbows all the time back in his playing days, so I don't see why Kobe should be assessed a foul because of it. And for argument's sake, Kobe's elbow got there before Jameer's chin.
