I'm not sure about Pau being a deadlock. Nowitzki and Durant are playing better basketball than Pau if you just look at stats and Pau has missed a lot of games (17 I think?). I'd say Nowitzki and Durant as reserve forwards and Pau as wildcard.

In fact, I change my mind. Put Monta Ellis in as wildcard and forget Zach Randolph.

You don't have a center in the East... The reserve voting goes by 2 guards, 2 forwards, 1 center and 2 wildcards (any position). Also, I don't think Marcus Camby is more deserving than Chris Kaman.

David Lee is the center.

Camby is just personal favourite. His defensive end stats should have earned him an All-Star for years long, thought still haven't. Kaman has been outstanding for the seaso ...
