this year there are many quality Forwards but lacks a reliable consistent midfields... D.Silva is probably the best but he's owned like 99% of the league

Manchester city and Manchester united forwarders are good choices but need to consider whether they will be first line-up or sub due to the start of European Champion League. However, if you buy them early, then you must keep them for whole season because you cannot buy them back as same price especially Aguero & Rooney...

Apart from man city & man uted, another consistent Forwards if also consider price:
N. Bendtner Sunderland still cheap
L. SuárezLiverpool stable points and wait for goals coming
G. Agbonlahor Aston Villa stable points after two wingers left
I. Klasnic Bolton  still can get 8-10 when vs man city, man utd, liverpool
E. Adebayor Tottenham steal him as 5.xx
K. Doyle Wolves stable points

For midfielders, I think there are still some good choices but the average points are not so high as only around 6-10 per game.

Expensive Midfielders (>15):
Nani Man Utd may be rested by Sir Ferguson in some matches
A. Young Man Utd may be rested by Sir Ferguson in some matches
R. van der Vaart Tottenham good choice when no injuries
C. Adam Liverpool stable points before Gerard starts again
S. Downing Liverpool stable but less points than as Aston Villa

Average price Midfielders (10-15):
D. Silva Man City no need to comment
L. OsmanEverton after M. Arteta left, his points will raise.
R. Meireles Chelsea need to see whether can be first line-up
S. Hunt Wolves stable points maker
J. O'Hara Wolves stable points maker

Cheap Midfielders (<10):
S. Sessegnon Sunderland work as forward but may be less points after Bendtner  & Gyan are both line-up
B. Watson Wigan penalty taker and stable points
D. Hoilett Blackburn as winger and may take penalty
C. Eagles Bolton also  as winger and stable points
A. Taarabt QPR free-kick takers and like shooting but like to consider the effect of the new comers like Barton.
Y. Cabaye Newcastle stable points and may raise after Barton left
Anderson Man Utd the position seems more front and more chances to take free-kicks and corner kicks
Ramires Chelsea stable point at 4-5 with price 6.xx only
S. Wright-Phillips QPR very cheap as 4.xx but need to see the performance first
