We all pick up information subsconsicouly from our brains. As a matter of fact, our subconsciousness coordinates 1)our memory, 2) basic life functions (you don't have to tell your lung to breathe), 3)express/supress emotions, 4) utilize emotions, etc.
Our subconsciousness picks up information by visual, auditory, kinesthetic (touch), olfactory (smell), and gustatory (taste) functions. The pick up process begins within 1/5 million seconds and store it in your memory. This process goes unconsciously in our minds but we pick up a lot of bit and pieces of info in our brain without knowing it.
Most of us have experience of visiting a place the first time, but our experience tells us we've been there sometime before. The truth is: you didn't go there before, but somehow you pick up this information and it jumped from your memory when you were there.
Regarding the sixth sense...I think it's a combination of the working of the subsconsicousness and some wit. it's not that mystical. |
