1. 手動 Windows Updates，下載四五次，因為有些下載不能同時進行，要reboot後再進行Updates偵測，直至畫面顯示「安裝更新」建議是0。 Windows Updates 網址

2. click 入執行，type msconfig，disable一些不常用的「常駐程式」，要reboot。

3. click 入執行「磁碟重組工具」及「磁碟檢查」。

4. 上網下載一些常用的 flash player plung-in, DirectX 9.0C, Windows Media, 選適合你的語言版本。

5. 執行 anti-virus scan、anti-spyware 一次。

6. 手動執行「同步處理」，將背後自動執行減至最低。然後調校網絡選項，history, temp files, background services, auto updates schedule 之類。

7. 手動更新各個程式，但還要容許各個程式自動update最新的drivers & versions。

8. 先檢查你的video driver設定。

看看是否有改善。

有！
用另一個日子的config，修復Window！
不過restore/reintall之後，都係要增補番所有updates和drivers, plung-in players,電腦唔識自己做!唔好以為software好易攪，起碼攪兩星期先做番齊所有工夫。
