on team management level, he's good, looking at FC Porto? what did he guide in last 3 seasons?
in Chelsea, he can handle all the "stars" in the team

but on other level, he may not that good.
although his comments about Barcelona (what he said in there), many managers would say similar stuffs, but his reaction is not that good after the games.... ie. it will cause him in troubles.
