most of the teens are just play for few games only.. and some old leader, like Dennis Bergkamp, Pat Vieria, Sol Campbell, to lead the kids to grow up

but no team leaders, i.e. they are just middle in Premier League............

yes, in my memories,
Chelsea didn't have any players are playing from youth team,
in history, they were not rich before.
they dont' have good training system in youth.
remember they were back to Division 1 in 1989/90 seasons.
you couldn't expect them too much
