Yes, they get a lot of "stars", but in the same time, they are changing too many players, plus most of their "stars" they couldn't active if they don't hold the ball

They lost Larry Hughes, which could kill them.

They still don't have any big man in this team, Jamsion will get a really tough job in here as no one can help him up front.

Can Steve Francis will be happy if everything is in "structure" again, like when he was in Houston?
Can Grant Hill will play 60 games (well, when he can play 60 full games, he could lead this team back to playoffs)
Howard could be better under training from Brian Hill, cos he's a low profile man, which could be fix in Brian Hill's system.
Tony Battie/Kevin Cato could make Brian Hill really happy at the Center stage, cos they could use both of them .. .. in any situation.

Great team management, raise your hand if you thought they could win more than 15 matches last year (I predicted they were winning about 10 games last season)
The management seems to be smart to pick up ANY players in this players
They spend 3 good drafts in this year.
Yes, they are young, so they may win  only around 30 in this year.
But if they could get Finanical situation better about 2 years later (well, there's the rules in NBA, Bobcats get lower finanical budgets in the first few years) and they could sign 2 veterans players, watch out, this group of guys could kill everyone, including Spurs with this year......
