I have no comment about Man City as I never see any new signing (players) this year.
But I agree what Locklock talking about as West Ham Utd will be stronger this year!
Last year, when Alan took over the team, West Ham was in their lowest spirit, and more than 99% people that he bought in Jan, who were injured during in season, (i.e. similar situation as Birmingham City 2 years ago). No one can prevent injury, at least they can escape and I could see Alan buy some "reliable" players, i.e. Freddie Ljungberg for helping them in midfield (They miss someone who got experience and who could play in late 20s/early 30s) p.s. Terry was too old, (41 years old)

So I believe West Ham can be top 7
