I remember when I was 3 years old, Yes, 3 years old, I checked back the history.* x* P, S3 e) P: x; }6 y' q
I was looking outside.1 J$ I; f& i) V/ o  T& P
and I saw some people were drinking champagne, celebrating something in a MTR train.
/ e5 V* `* o0 M  tand they were dressing nicely.
# M1 F3 \. d" u0 f( H5 u$ DActually, that's the opening party for MTR trains in 1979.
) x" b; \: H5 D7 k) P
- n5 u4 J# M  k8 Q- j% t4 V, eThen I got nightmares everyday, cos the railway track...is just about 40m away from my home.
# S9 x. }* z# W, B5 BI.e. I heard the noise from MTR trains in every 2 mins (or less in peak hours) & Y5 j* z2 w! O# n- C( m
More horrible thing was: my living place was closing to the exit for the train depot.6 B) ]# ?7 o8 Z9 Q
I.e. when the trains are finished at 1am in the morning, I still need to hear the noise from trains until 2am every morning, and I heard the noise from the train before 5.45am in 3 hours later.3 R5 c  u, ?+ F* g# t4 O

But if that's track work at overnight, i.e. you couldn't sleep for whole night., ?/ M$ ~3 ^/ v3 g" P9 g
