HK government is not trying to make up a rule to put the students in jail.

I agree with you that the students who take drugs can find out a lot of methods to get around the rule. (ex. skipping the class)* D- k/ F; `8 H; z- P' W& b: l& O4 E

However, if they really do that, at least the teachers, other students and their parents would realize who the ones that are having the drug problem right now.3 F% ]6 j2 h) Y7 ^1 q. S- s

Remember, no one in the world is trying to proof the students that they take drugs.

The government should force every student to take the test (it should be a standard for all schools and all students so that it is fair for everyone).
