I think the situation is different from HK.7 u4 [( J. g% `& z

This rule is to scare the students and prevent students from taking drugs.

. G( e6 E; A2 N, L0 `3 SI agree with you that the students who take drugs can find out a lot of methods to get around the rule. (ex. skipping the class)

However, if they really do that, at least the teachers, other students and their parents would realize who the ones that are having the drug problem right now.

The only issue that I see here is that, instead of randomly picking up students to do the test.$ C1 L/ ]0 ^) S% i% o
The government should force every student to take the test (it should be a standard for all schools and all students so that it is fair for everyone).
