first of all,  pls don;t act like too aggressive, the first impression is very important, pls don't show the her u really want to get her at the first time. when u see her, u can go up to say hi, then u ask her some question. Such as.....tell her u are at the same school, ask her what some abt in school, since u two are in the same school, so at least u two would have the same topic. Then u can keep talking abt school, she how she gonna answer, if she sounds like to so cool, doesn;t want to talk to u, then u can just give up, becoz she dont really want to make a new friends, or if she talks to u very nicely, then u can keep up your conversation with her, and maybe by chance u can ask her to exchange phone no. ....."IF" u really that luckly, u can get her phone no. then pls dont call her right after the few days u have her phone no.  becoz if u call her the day u got her phone no. , she will think u are too aggressive, so u have to pretend. Girl is like that u know, if u pretend u are not really care abt it, in there mind they will keep thinking what is your next move, or what u thinking abt her. If u too agressive u will just scare her.
