there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:* L( T# b$ M" P' }
' J& V9 y& m; x/ e x
it's divided into 2 sections,
1 u; _, q- h) z1 is impromptu talk' @) {) W2 T6 e
another is group discusion
: ^: j# M- b# Z) x7 i' r1 V7 M Z) d9 h+ F
all conducted in english

5 ?) v- P* H. l3 p- L5 \impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."9 |7 T; ?) i6 y2 I! u0 `5 C

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
