[轉貼] 員工被受侮辱 廿三蚊也有專嚴鑽石山嘉禾荷里x戲院,開業十年多,一直都受大眾歡迎,但近年來,此店員工流失率極高,一年內人面全非,一個月內有過半數員工辭職,全職更只剩下一人, 工作氣氛極度惡劣,原因是此店的管理人員的處事方式非常有問題,近日此店經理在沒有員工在場和準許的情況下,擅自打開了所有員工的有鎖儲物櫃,並取去他們認為屬於公司的所有物品,包括制服,電筒,筆,其後經理還恐嚇員工說,如果員工要追究被開儲物櫃的話,我們一樣會追究員工取去了公司的物品,這次有意的行動令嘉禾荷里x的員工逐一辭職,過半數員工辭去,令在職員工工作量大增,這次事件只是導火線,其實在這兩年,員工一直在黑暗裡工作,指的不是黑漆的戲院,而是員工的心情和氣氛,沒有一個員工是覺得工作開心的。

去年公司春茗,員工a想去春茗, ( ~) d, I1 }; i* Z0 G8 ^1 \
但經理說:「你己經被炒了,無得去。」  T; V  E7 N) y0 u6 q7 ]
嘉禾春茗的可以帶朋友或家屬去的, ; t- n0 j" E* }" x2 W8 ?2 F6 b9 u
員工b說:「咁我帶朋友去啦,朋友係員工a」 & e5 K- N- t3 l3 H' ~2 C
經理說:「呢道我最大,我話唔比佢去就唔比,你地出返去!」

員工b曾向高層投訴,但可惜,天下烏鴉一樣黑。/ v8 ~: u( o. i1 `0 L
! ~: Z. F7 W, }5 |7 o# T- F) }2 a
還有一名女性主任,她更是口出狂言,講野唔經大腦,她在員工議論紛紛地說要辭職的時候說:「就算無晒你地班parttime都無所謂,唔好以為可以一穫<橋>起我地呀!」' L% T- N; c3 j& P: F6 G4 o  v) a
她亦曾經說某些員工是廢柴,哈,請人個個話自己請返黎個d係廢柴,真可笑
* @5 ^( ~$ o1 v. E這個主任對客人的態度更是惡劣,有一次,客人a用八達通買完野食,客人b其後都用八達通買野食,此時客人a回來再想買多樣野,但因為人多,所以八達通機己經收埋左,但這個主任說:「無得用呀,個八達通機比你整壞左啦!」
$ }6 x$ p  p8 T4 V5 V; A客人a:「妳唔好亂講wo,岩岩個人都有用啦!妳睇請楚啦唔該!!」4 h8 t9 s5 z+ ^1 D: B3 m# @7 t
明明唔係客人整壞,但冤枉他人,其後還說客人a是痴線的,這就是她良好的服務態度了。. c: W8 v5 H6 Y/ M
又有一次八號風球,一個生病的員工還堅持返工,但她卻說這個員工扮病唔做野,返黎呃個百五蚊allowance,事隔一個月還沒道歉,二人一直沒有說話。

( H2 J9 j' X0 V呢間戲院既編更方法更是出奇,兩日兩日咁出,仲要夜一夜先知道聽日自己要唔要返工,六點打返去就話八點再打黎,八點打去又話忙緊,十點就話埋數,十二點就鬧你做乜咁夜先打黎問更,最大既問題係我夜晚都唔知自己明天早上或者下午洗唔洗返工,咁我仲洗唔洗約人,仲洗唔洗去做私人野,我地是兼職,唔係一有空閒時間就要留比你編我返工,佢地經理既,就一次過編好幾星期既更,仲可以慢慢傾邊日唔得閒邊日想返咩時間,我地員工既,想請一日假都問長問短,最過份既就係有一次一個全職員工放例假,經理竟然要求全職員工比病假紙,仲打去醫務所問,實在過份。/ S+ Q% V2 t+ s! m

% [& E2 D$ L, u; Q當全職員工只剩一人時,經理同呢個員工講公司好需要你,唔想你走,6 X( {" t; `6 a% g$ t6 n/ p
轉個頭經理同第二個員工講,就算我地無埋個個全職都無問題。, p8 r% X+ T* i7 m

7 g& e1 \4 r5 |" K  V; q根本經理主任完全不能服眾,唔見得佢地能幹,管理手法更是差勁,時常說沒有人返工,你對人好,人對你好,如果係有歸屬感既,開心既,個個爭住返工啦。

. U8 ^# P3 @# E7 O0 ~員工:「雖然每個鐘只係廿三蚊,但我們唔係為錢而繼續做囉。」

) {: x2 Y# R8 K% o( K員工:「我地只係兼職,返工開心己經好滿足。 」

8 ]% Q# |, Z4 \' S( d3 F群眾的力量有時沒甚作用,  而且上文只是一面之詞, 一個搞不好, 隨時會被例如像閣下般的所謂「愛國愛港人士」冠以「破壞社會和諧」的罪名, 「工聯會」號稱維護打工仔權益, 而且又是建制陣營, 應該找他們代出頭。

a lot of employees are also suffering like you, my previous company was way worse than ya situation, the Chinese people don't treat staffs as humans, they don't know about human rights or simply respect, we don't owe them, we exchange our ability and knowledge for the salary in equal value' {: H3 `1 l$ n8 Z* R/ J& ]
in north america, the new trend is that the firms will treat their employees as the most valuable asset as they've learned that their staffs are the ones who make money for the firm, not anything else
' F/ t4 I  v5 _, A0 L9 hthe Chinese employers think they are very smart by taking advantage on their staffs, guess they don't understand that if you treat the staffs well enough, this would motivate the staffs to perform better for you which generates more profit for the firm) @0 t) ^1 i9 }
What a pity? HK is such a place combines both Western & Eastern culture, unfortunately seems like they are no different to the old fashioned Chinese with traditional mind back in the old days even till now5 V% @' e! m) l: ^, e2 B4 R1 j
the worst case is that employees are also responsible for such result, because there must be some people not cooperate and willing to take the unfair offers unless we have unions like the western nations

i guess we need some organizations and politicans speak up for us to change the current terrible working environments

US companies???  Haha US companies try to pretend to value their staff but they treat them like slaves and tools.  They cut without any hesitation, all staff are numbers., U( {8 C( k  {

" ~  P2 {: O  s1 c) tChinese firms treat staff as slaves too, without dignity, they are equally bad only in different ways.

其實這是香港的文化之一  有唔少公司都係咁上下  打工仔係要忍 好無奈都沒法

有時上層管理層 可能知某分店人事關係差 但這班管理層不會出聲或指責分店經理
" p+ ~5 {7 I* Z6 ^+ l; p2 t6 ~因為分店經理一日幫公司搵到錢 點管理都得  站在管理層角度看錢就是一切 幫老闆搵多點錢 年尾分花紅 下面員工係生係死關我何事 : h% z' B6 c  c+ ~  X  O& h. K+ K9 f

好多不同零售鋪個個月都唔同員工 面口好生 都知這裏打工的人又幾咁好

像分店人事出問題這等芝麻小事,
( q! `$ x" I& G! n只要唔影響公司形象,誰會去理
I must admit that some of the managers in Hong Kong can't manage.  They apparently have no managerial skills nor do they understand the importance of Labour Relations.  Rapid turnover of a company is not a good thing because it wastes time and money spent on it.  If you can keep your employees happy, they will be more loyal to your company, which will save you time and money by avoiding turnover.  However, not many manager knows the importance of this as they are not properly trained in the first place.
