When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.. m2 W2 m- O0 t# c7 k1 \/ j8 s3 l- Z& y; X

9 F) b( g3 q( x. ~Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
