Run Word and type BLUE (Caps important) then select it.

go to the scroll down menu 'Help' then 'About Microsoft

Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
8 E& p7 E4 x5 G( oStep 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.
