Run Word and type BLUE (Caps important) then select it.

Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic. ! P1 Z, |7 b" I1 A- [/ ?
Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu. . {! v* o5 Y$ l# @) c8 w
Step 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.
