for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,( H: t" Z1 K; y. u
1 is impromptu talk

all conducted in english

& k0 J/ p0 V3 [- Mimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare% z2 m! u* x0 h' f0 l

topic like "environment, biscuit...."# `" x: q( S7 [2 M! u. G! N- M

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; G2 \5 ~) y" B% E0 v4 Q

for final interview:
