The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low
. |+ O0 v. C- j* a6 F+ H& N+ aHowever, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.1 B) u6 \9 O0 y9 i3 B# w5 W, L
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.. g9 {8 J) n: o/ }! w4 \
But that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable- T# U- g* B7 {
Secondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living# U* U) V. l. {, J% U C0 ^* X1 T
So, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel
0 `. J1 U8 O8 ?5 O* g) dThridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,

All other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue
