剛剛學人有良好用電腦習慣, 用了幾個鐘向遠處望一下, 我對住window坐, 一望就望左落個太陽度, 隻眼有d痛, 我駛唔駛去急症室呢?

No for time being.....take a sleep...see if that is going to help.......I think it is just your eye can't accept a quick change from computer(dark) to the sun(very bright)

甘樣就可能會令到個傷害加深...

有個免費既方法就係去眼鏡店, H! @- C1 V  I( q/ b0 n
同佢講話想查下我個近視有冇深到 XDDDDD

Put some eye-drops on (the soothing ones) and try to rest your eyes more in the next day or so. And DON'T RUB YOUR EYES WITH HANDS! If the pain persist after a couple of days, then you go see the eye doctor. (not the guys from your optical shop, they aren't pros)+ J8 x4 Z& R* U3 u5 ~5 K

you don't really need to see a doctor.....just reswt ur eyes... unless it still hurts. than go see a eye doctor...9 [* Y3 Z0 m$ H( K! o$ J

the reason why ur eyes hurt is because ur eyes is very tired...

therefore it cause ur eye to hurt...

note..:  my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......

and then when i was in class.. well i did not litterally get blind.. but i could not se anything.. but after i closed my eyes for 5 minutes.. i can see again...

i went to my doctor the other day..... he told me the same thing as above.....the eyes get too tired...
