don't eat fat,7 i4 E. p2 _) A7 w, c$ g
just eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,
5 _- J6 t, M$ f2 t, F( j5 R/ n; pthen go to do gym,and eat more rice.
