don't eat fat,
( L" r7 @- h! z1 `; N8 T) v2 Tjust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,
9 j7 x' r: h( z( ~! _! @1 u$ Pthen go to do gym,and eat more rice.
