Pretty much...like a car lost all steering ability and braking ability....so basically the skipper and all passengers watch helplessly as the boat ran over these pleasure boats

it's an easy job.... i just have to sit there to monitor people.... grant permission and schedule equipment usages.... make sure that things are organized, and are working properly.... oh, and procurement.
