Thanks for the advice. But I'm going for long term investment, which means I'm planning to own the house, and to collect money by renting it out.

2 q/ P+ S* n! |3 d7 EIf it were for myself...I would do the hikes in the Whistler region! But the hikes are usually 7-8 hr ones...1000m elevation gain....
