Thanks for the advice. But I'm going for long term investment, which means I'm planning to own the house, and to collect money by renting it out.

. W6 [* r+ J" m4 H- MIf it were for myself...I would do the hikes in the Whistler region! But the hikes are usually 7-8 hr ones...1000m elevation gain....

I am just going to Stanley Park with my in-laws.....and we'll proababy have dim sun in downtown...
