Thanks for the advice. But I'm going for long term investment, which means I'm planning to own the house, and to collect money by renting it out.

$ }! K, W4 l4 dIf it were for myself...I would do the hikes in the Whistler region! But the hikes are usually 7-8 hr ones...1000m elevation gain....2 K  @5 l1 v3 L4 p% B
