still not effective...........if it's a video file, ppl can search by keyword such as mpg, avi, rmvb..etc. if it's an image, ppl can search by keyword such as jpg, gif, jpeg.

OR Tool (in any window)-->folder option -->view-->unclick last one use i.e. simple file sharing (recommended)
after you will find security tab appearance when you right any folder properties, thus you can select which account can access ,full control, modify deny etc. Then hidden that folder . Finally nobody can search and access that folder as long as you deny it!!
Cons more sercurity since every file in your aomputer can use the above method
