I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..1 S0 e2 R. g4 b3 J  h
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment: m5 }0 ?, ~' v. n% H
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
