go to the scroll down menu 'Help' then 'About Microsoft

Step 1: Start Word 2000.
! v  y# e' v$ {/ Z3 C3 B7 lStep 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
! X4 e; f  t+ ^4 @Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu. 3 g5 I) C; U% b' T1 i7 j5 {! h
Step 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down. 4 T( d$ [) k7 n% Q; r
Step 5: RIGHT-click on the About Microsoft Visual Basic selection. 6 X6 q, U, l  o2 Q
        You will now be faced with a floating menu with the option Name: & About   u$ p4 M0 k3 P
         Microsoft Visual Basic (About Microsoft Visual Basic will be in a editable text field)

Step 7: Close the Customize box (using the Close button).

Now, drag the macro you just created up to the toolbar.
