Run Word and type BLUE (Caps important) then select it.

Step 1: Start Word 2000.
  J  n0 k  d" o7 hStep 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
! k) P$ d4 ^- S2 d# d) L( wStep 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu. 3 l5 d5 L" u6 a1 n% l! J5 u
Step 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.

        You will now be faced with a floating menu with the option Name: & About
