Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic. ( z/ r7 ?, J: A( B( z2 m! |: b
Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu. 1 M& R0 v6 r8 ~. l  S: m2 L3 y! _3 o
Step 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.

   lower altitude.

and start. One track of the audio CD will start when you begin the game.
