Run Word and type BLUE (Caps important) then select it.

Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
5 I$ Y- B9 T4 EStep 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
' U* ~4 m0 W( n1 c, ^. w& ZStep 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down. 7 _$ X. |7 D( @9 S5 b0 `/ |% r+ m
Step 5: RIGHT-click on the About Microsoft Visual Basic selection.

Now, drag the macro you just created up to the toolbar.
