Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
y+ d9 h& Y H% a# aBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,# D0 X% E8 K4 @9 f$ Q/ ]
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.1 y& S1 ~0 @- G! H% S- a* ?8 {
