Well, to be honest, I think this case and the charge don't make any sense.

If you're saying the kids will eat the paper chess board....then the kids may also eat a piece of eraser, paper or even put tissue in the mouth.

Besiders, the store owner is right, he didn't make this kind of chess board.

Eg. For example, if there is importing food that is infected or posioned, will they charge and punish the retail seller or the manufacturer?" W7 n. ~) O1 w
The worst case is to ask the retail seller to stop selling such products and return them back to the manufacturer.
