Mind your disturbance to people in public
When I travel Japan (same for France),
$ `' D: K0 _' A0 F5 d' RI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.) N; s+ _8 f4 r) k
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
