Solitude is part of life....we long for company....but secretly we crave for that rare moment of quiteness on our own.: h' @$ k( A( F

People feel 'empty' or 'depressed' after a great outing because:
' r2 J* b4 M7 r9 D& d! sa) they know this 'feeling' of contentment can not last long7 n& Q3 a X& V: e' h! z$ u' l
b) they hate to be alone, so they loiter with people...but it's in large group they 'discover' they want to be alone.. @" u) `4 f+ X1 b
c) the contrast is too great between togetherness and lonliess.' I, t; a" N2 V- {! f
/ }8 ~# M. ~( H8 M I& c
Just another thought on lonliness:
5 s; a0 R0 y( E4 vLonliness is not the feeling at your first day of school/work/new life in another country. It's normal to be alone in those circumstances. Loliness is the realization that you're indeed alone after spending years w/ your friends, co-workers, peers, and family members. That's sad. |
