there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......* V* t; \: y! J$ n" U
4 Y( Q- e& e( {- Qfor the extended interview:9 b. q; W4 h9 ~$ S/ d+ d
6 v- ], Y7 w: bit's divided into 2 sections,: v- o2 |7 n/ g$ [- y8 r3 P& E
1 is impromptu talk1 |$ B( w0 E" G7 A8 U
another is group discusion4 B8 d6 v+ `6 K! m

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."/ j; i& W, \+ M }6 T
# c* X7 w2 O# O2 o8 a1 z$ o; k( J
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion8 ^% s" l5 o5 ~0 `' Y3 V" M% @* {
