for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,% V) L+ U# K( e/ Q
1 is impromptu talk
3 b1 @' h" n! b; Ganother is group discusion
8 m% u/ t/ G9 p& Y; s5 D* {1 k( ^) v' h' z% P+ G
all conducted in english

% M/ O+ O# S' Himpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion$ X7 Z- U( S' r; w3 Y' u2 r
