Solitude is part of life....we long for company....but secretly we crave for that rare moment of quiteness on our own.

People feel 'empty' or 'depressed' after a great outing because:
- A# D; g1 O6 O* j2 w- ya) they know this 'feeling' of contentment can not last long" g& u6 {# E! a, s& K
b) they hate to be alone, so they loiter with people...but it's in large group they 'discover' they want to be alone.
8 u# f5 l7 N7 I7 oc) the contrast is too great between togetherness and lonliess.2 e' ~7 H7 U% b* d c* o, H6 H
3 _6 x% a. N W) JJust another thought on lonliness:
* i* h: k4 q% t. XLonliness is not the feeling at your first day of school/work/new life in another country. It's normal to be alone in those circumstances. Loliness is the realization that you're indeed alone after spending years w/ your friends, co-workers, peers, and family members. That's sad. |
