it's divided into 2 sections,' v5 m+ h* P4 |8 r0 i* U
1 is impromptu talk

& f5 x: O) L8 l- S  F7 n6 q- A3 F
all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare0 i5 g# \+ O  U

topic like "environment, biscuit...."5 [& \; h5 z  g" ]; @9 ?2 x' A

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion3 N: w, P" m# \6 t5 F
