impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare- p% o; ^2 y7 z# H6 }/ X; h1 u9 a9 ]

0 l# y1 U  V% x! ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; Y* Y3 C( q! g+ O% P  n4 m# O
