impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare" g; u7 M! t& ]% M9 o% M

topic like "environment, biscuit...."7 c, B4 M/ W; g7 Y! _% _$ i+ o

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion( V& m1 s& R# l8 A# d1 [( U' W
. |& t* V5 [' e" X1 J2 Q) g( U
9 g) m9 r3 G( z% E3 W, V( t
for final interview:; G; }, j1 @* H/ L

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes# w& p; J. I3 W$ H$ M. \

! @2 h; p8 ?9 H0 sthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
