don't eat fat,
1 @- x1 D" q6 p5 m1 C$ Q# Wjust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,
5 l% k$ n; A* P5 w) W6 _) S  O8 {then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
