don't eat fat,. t% E2 O, {0 d3 I# G, a
just eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,( t5 ~! v; L2 [1 n/ ~# S: ?9 ]  A
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
