don't eat fat,
2 y* R) C9 J: w0 x. z! h4 v5 a* Yjust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,; \0 ~  X" \" `4 [1 v" Q6 b2 X3 y( X
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
