don't eat fat,
& Y! {* E6 x/ T7 B$ H5 t& }, {2 Ijust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,: a/ D/ o' S+ c* z. f! Q
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
