don't eat fat,. t8 o& y5 k& f# Y  v3 L
just eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,# C8 D  `+ s9 Z. A1 `: _0 j; o* A/ f
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
