don't eat fat,
/ C% z! E1 h+ r8 t7 D7 z' Bjust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,2 {7 E0 ?, n, ~8 ~1 p5 d* H
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
