don't eat fat,
7 L  l7 O6 A# O# ~1 p& [4 b- Z$ Ujust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,8 t3 |) H8 F* v& }8 g
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
