don't eat fat,6 x1 Y( r0 |/ C0 z3 w+ g* W5 Y* K
just eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,
4 _- b9 H5 f$ h6 Sthen go to do gym,and eat more rice.
