don't eat fat,
9 O0 t0 [2 _2 Z; b' _7 Y+ \6 Ijust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,
) Y( V! t. \2 A) l3 Bthen go to do gym,and eat more rice.
