don't eat fat,5 f8 W# M9 M$ n/ Z9 F! X5 o+ }6 J% U
just eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,, ?7 x" E$ F1 ?8 L+ u- m
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
