. h; U. _& }' d! {& @" b) `" N0 Asorry, I can't agree to this.. we have no evidence to backup the interpretation...  whether or not it is a punishment.. I can only say I don't know.  but there is a lot we can do..  to care, to love the people, and to preach the gospel.
