don't eat fat,
  S2 S' C6 s" f" y) H( E$ G' H- ^% rjust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,3 A0 y5 V" z7 b& R, O- e( n! t
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
