4 a. L. R& p2 T/ Q8 _don't eat fat,  w* T$ i( J  e2 ~4 X# f
just eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,! S' J8 u! j' C0 k- _
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
