don't eat fat,
* r2 G5 E+ k7 v. G/ P1 H1 R  sjust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,! k0 V2 c  X, F+ a+ p- S4 y
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
