don't eat fat,- }& v( s* @+ Z/ q- G1 E6 Y, ?* n4 o2 w
just eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,, U0 b1 c/ k5 k: O3 P! t* }
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.
